Bare Radiance Aesthetics - Membership Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the membership services provided by Bare Radiance Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”) to individuals enrolled in the Bare Essentials and Bare Luxury membership programs (“you,” “Member”). By purchasing and using a membership, you agree to the following terms:Â
- Membership OverviewÂ
- Bare Essentials and Bare Luxury memberships provide exclusive benefits, services, and discounts to Members for a 12-month term.Â
- Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the membership account.Â
- Commitment & TermÂ
- Memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment.
- At the end of the 12-month term, the membership will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless canceled according to the terms set forth below.Â
- Monthly ChargesÂ
- Membership fees are charged monthly and will recur automatically on the same day each month using the payment method provided at enrollment.Â
- By enrolling in the membership, you authorize Bare Radiance Aesthetics to charge the monthly fee until the membership is canceled according to these terms.Â
- Appointment Scheduling & AvailabilityÂ
- Membership services are subject to provider availability. While we make every effort to accommodate scheduling requests, we cannot guarantee specific appointment times.Â
- Early Cancellation PolicyÂ
- Early cancellation of the 12-month membership is allowed under the following conditions:
- An early cancellation fee may apply, calculated based on the value of services already redeemed and the remaining months of the membership term.
- Bare Essentials membership: Early cancellation fee up to $500.00.
- Bare Luxury membership: Early cancellation fee up to $1000.00.
- If the total value of services redeemed exceeds the monthly fees paid to date, you will be charged for the difference.Â
- The early cancellation fee will be determined at the time of cancellation and will be charged to the payment method on file.
- Cancellation NoticeÂ
- To cancel a membership, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date.Â
- If cancellation occurs at the end of the 12-month term, you must also provide 30 days’ notice before the automatic renewal date.Â
- Non-TransferabilityÂ
- Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual.Â
- Any attempt to transfer or share membership services may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.Â
- Auto-Renewal TermsÂ
- At the end of the initial 12-month period, memberships will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless written notice is provided at least 30 days before the renewal date.Â
- Members will continue to be billed at the current rate at the time of renewal unless notified of a price change prior to the new term.Â
- Modification of TermsÂ
- Bare Radiance Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, and fees at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.Â
- Termination by Bare Radiance AestheticsÂ
- We reserve the right to terminate any membership at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, abuse of membership benefits, violation of these terms, or inappropriate behavior during appointments. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any remaining balance owed for redeemed services will be charged.Â
- Dispute ResolutionÂ
- Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.Â
- Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.Â
By enrolling in the Bare Essentials or Bare Luxury membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
